Getting inked up at the Tattoo Fiesta

Tattoos have become more and more sociably acceptable, with even some job companies becoming more lenient on tattoos, and according to a survey in 2017, 4 out of 10 U.S. adults aged 18-69 (69%) have at least one tattoo. There are many reasons why people get tattoos; to simply express their style, their opinions, as a tribute to a loved one, the list is endless. Tattoos are here to stay, so why not celebrate them?

The New Mexico Tattoo Fiesta is a gathering of most talented tattoo artists and vendors in the world. Hundreds of the most talented tattoo artists come here to display their work. The event is three days, for $20 a day, or $30 for all three days (tattoo not included, sorry). Once in you can view all the artists’ portfolio, since tattoos come in many shapes and sizes. Once you find an artist you like, you can discuss the design you like and they will provide you an estimate of the piece. Then after that, you can choose an available time slot. It’s a great, safe way for people to get a tattoo. On top of that, there are tattoo contests you can enter and live entertainment throughout the night. Missed it this year? No worries as there are a ton of local tattoo shops in New Mexico.
