Chef Marc Quinones cooked a delicious King Oyster Mushroom Dish on New Mexico Living.


Ingredients: Four Whole king oyster mushrooms split Yucca chips Lemony Pea Puree Habanero-Honey Glaze Little Herbs.

Recipe: Score and sear mushrooms in Spanish olive oil while basting with glaze. Serve with crispy yucca chips and pea purée.
