Since 1975, Garcia’s Kitchen has been serving delicious food. With Cinco de Mayo coming up, Garcia’s Kitchen is offering to patrons an appetizer special from May 3 to May 5. During the Cinco de Mayo weekend, Garcia’s is offering an appetizer trio that includes guacamole, salsa & queso served with chips. This trio only costs $5.55 this weekend.
Garcia’s Kitchen has seven locations and has a catering department. It specializes in handmade New Mexican classics, such as carne adovada, karnitas, chicharrones, tamales and fresh tortillas. It is unique in that it has held on to its handmade methods and recipes throughout the years.
Andrew Garcia, born and raised in Albuquerque, opened the first restaurant in 1975 with the help of his children.
